A stunning floral syrup with strong ginger tones. It is simply beautiful.

Made from the petals of my Magnolia Tree here on Mabellae Farm. This is a small batch, bespoke product, unique to The Still Room.

Use it wherever you would use a simple sugar syrup.

You can use the magnolia syrup as a cordial, dilute it in cold, hot or fizzy water to taste, or use it in a cocktail.

Drizzle over cheese, or a freshly baked cake, whip it up with some cream and serve it with fruit or pour over ice cream or pancakes.
