Description
Having soaked my dried fruit for the fruit cakes and puddings in Pedro Ximénez – the sweet, dark, sticky sherry that has a hint of liquorice, fig and treacle about it – I have set aside some and made mince pies!
Our fruit mince pies are delicious with soft, crumbly vanilla bean short crust pastry filled with a warm, spicy mince interior.
Christmas orders will be available for collection on Saturday 9th December and 16th December between 10am and 2pm.
