Having soaked my dried fruit for the fruit cakes and puddings in Pedro Ximénez – the sweet, dark, sticky sherry that has a hint of liquorice, fig and treacle about it – I know you are going to love them.
Our fruit cakes are deep, rich and heavy. Just as a fruit cake should be. Lovely as a gift or as an afternoon treat over the festive season.
All cakes are adorned with almonds.
We only use Australian fruit and our cakes have lashings of brandy to preserve them, there are no other preservatives or artificial colourings used.
Our cakes are round & square and approximately 22 cm in diameter with a fruit-packed juicy weight of approximately 1800g.
Christmas orders will be available for collection on Saturday 9th December and 16th December between 10am and 2pm.
